SME Connect respects the privacy of our users and have put in the right measures to ensure to protect your privacy. Our site is primarily used for individual and corporate training for Ghanaian entrepreneurs, professionals and businesses. We, therefore, adhere to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (The Act) is legislation enacted by the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana to protect the privacy and personal data of individuals.

Cookies and Tracking
SME Connect currently does not use cookie on its site. We use Google Analytics to track the usage trends but this does not directly target individual users, the results are more based on macro usage.
Disclosure of training results
SME Connect does not share training results with third parties. Training status and performance reports belong to the user. In cases where a company is paying for the training of its staff, the training and status reports will be provided to the learner as well as the authorized representative of the sponsor.
SME Connect currently does not process payments online. We use third-party mobile money processors who are regulated by the National Communication Authority, Data Protection Commission as well as the Bank of Ghana and adhere to the strictest data protection and privacy guidelines. SME Connect, therefore, does not collect any financial information directly from the user or indirectly from our service providers.
